This is what happens when you get lots of rare disorders, mix them together and throw them at lots of specialists. Without fail, "interesting" is the word they use.

I think I am at the end of my doctor-hopping. My endocrinologist told me there was no other disorder my symptoms could be but Glucocortisoid Resistance, so while it’s an extraordinarily rare condition, that just makes it easier to spot.
So that brings an end to the mystery of the pituitary gland, except for the fact that I’ll be on dexamethasone for the rest of my life. All that’s left is figuring out how to treat my headaches (and hopefully find out where my seizures came from).
